Job Summary

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for our clients across West Bengal.

The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting field visits, identifying prospective customers, generating leads, acquiring new customers, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Candidates who are comfortable with daily field visits, local travel, and direct customer interaction are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits within the assigned territory.
- Identify and approach prospective customers.
- Generate leads through market visits and direct customer interaction.
- Explain products/services, features, benefits, and offers to prospective customers.
- Acquire new customers and contribute to business growth.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain skilled customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Share regular sales and field activity updates with the reporting manager.
- Ensure effective coverage of the assigned territory.
- Follow applicable sales processes and company guidelines.

Eligibility Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Higher Secondary or above.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Age: 18 years and above.
- Own Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.
- Valid Driving Licence: Mandatory.




- Comfortable with daily field visits and local travel.
- Good Bengali communication skills.
- Hindi communication will be an advantage.
- Basic English communication will be an advantage.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and basic digital applications.

Important: Candidates must have their own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence to be considered for this position.
