Field Sales Executive / Field Onboarding Executive – Restaurant Onboarding

- Meet restaurant owners and decision-makers in assigned areas.

- Explain the OWNLY platform and its advantages to restaurant businesses.

- Identify and source eligible restaurants for onboarding.

- Collect required documents from restaurant owners.

- Complete the restaurant onboarding process.

- Drive restaurant acquisition and expand the platform's merchant network.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners.

- Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily field activity records.

- Submit daily field reports as required.

- Achieve assigned onboarding and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Restaurant merchant acquisition.

- Field sales and onboarding.

- B2B sales activities.

- Restaurant owner meetings.

- Lead generation and follow-ups.

- Document collection and verification.

- Restaurant registration and onboarding.

- Daily field reporting.

- Target achievement and customer relationship management.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas are preferred:

- Field Sales

- Merchant Acquisition





- Restaurant Onboarding

- B2B Sales

- POS Onboarding

- FMCG Sales

- Other Field-Based Sales Roles

Candidate Requirements

- Energetic and target-oriented personality.

- Comfortable with daily fieldwork.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Ability to interact confidently with restaurant owners and decision-makers.

- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.

- Ability to achieve sales and onboarding targets.

- Immediate or earliest possible joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹24,000 per month

- Petrol Allowance: ₹2,500

- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
