Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities through direct customer visits and B2B lead generation activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, meeting decision-makers, presenting company products/services, and converting leads into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and references.
- Visit potential clients, businesses, transport operators, logistics companies, and other target customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain service offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, sales, and revenue targets.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and service implementation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills

Qualification

- Any Degree/Diploma.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B field sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
