Hiring: Field Sales Executive – Delhi NCR

Cubicle India is looking for a Field Sales Executive to join our Sales team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build connections with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, dealers, project consultants and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through market research, references, cold calling and project visits.
- Visit ongoing construction, commercial and interior projects to identify potential requirements.
- Present and explain Cubicle India's products and solutions to prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate with customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for drawings, quotations, dispatch and project execution.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection targets.




- Maintain daily updates of client visits, leads, follow-ups and sales activities in the CRM.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends and upcoming project opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales/B2B sales preferred.
- Experience in interior, construction, building materials, furniture or project sales will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel across Delhi NCR.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary & Benefits:
