As we continue to expand our Market presence, we are looking for a motivated and result- oriented individual to join our field sales team in kannur.

​Job Summary

​As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving product sales, expanding our retail network, and developing strong relationships with retailers and shop owners across your assigned territory in Kannur. The role involves regular market visit, order generation, new outlet development, and achieving assigned sales targets.

​Key Responsibilities

​Sales Generation: Drive consistent secondary sales volume by actively promoting and selling our diverse brand portfolio to retail stores and partners.

Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets within the assigned kannur territory to increase market reach and product availability.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationship with retailers, shop owners etc

Order Management: Take orders from retail outlets and ensure proper follow-up for timely fulfilment and repeat business.

Market coverage:



Conduct regular visits to assigned outlets and ensure effective coverage of the territory.

Market Feedback: Collect information on customer requirements, Competitor activities and market trends.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of market visit, orders, sales and collections and submit regular reports to the reporting manager.

​Compensation & Benefits

​Fixed Salary: Competitive fixed salary of ₹27,050 CTC/Month.

​Field Allowances: Daily Allowance (DA) and Travel Allowance (TA) provided to cover eligible field expenses.

​Candidate Requirements

​Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

​Experience: Freshers interested in building a career in field sales are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in FMCG, retail sales, Field sales will be an advantage.

​Skills: Good communication, persuasive negotiation skills, customer- handling ability and a robust target- oriented approach.

​Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler for regular daily travel within the assigned kannur territory.

Pay: From ₹27,000.00 per month
