Job Role

- Field Sales Executive

- Visit customers at their homes for scheduled Home Try-On appointments.

- Conduct preliminary eye power checks and assist customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses.

- Recommend appropriate eyewear products based on customer requirements.

- Convert customer consultations into successful sales.

- Travel to customer locations using your own two-wheeler.

- Handle and carry the company-provided kit containing refraction tools, machines, iPad, frames, and lenses.

- Manage both company-provided and self-generated leads.

- Provide a professional and customer-focused experience during home visits.

- Complete the required training before independently handling field appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Appointments

- Attend up to 6–7 customer appointments per day.

- Visit customers at their homes as per scheduled appointments.

- Travel within the assigned territory using your own two-wheeler.

- Maintain punctuality and professional conduct during customer visits.

Eye Check &

- Product Recommendation

- Conduct preliminary eye power checks using company-provided equipment.

- Handle refraction tools and machines properly.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable frames and lenses.





- Explain relevant product features and options to customers.

- Convert consultations into sales.

Lead Generation &

- Sales

- Handle 60% company-generated leads.

- Generate 40% self-generated leads.

- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

- Build strong customer relationships to support sales growth.
