Puffine is a simple salon management software that helps salons manage appointments, customers, billing, staff, and day-to-day operations in one place. We are building Puffine to make salon management easier for owners and their teams, without complicated software or unnecessary features.

We are currently expanding in Indore and are looking for our first Field Sales & Customer Onboarding Executive to help us build the local market from the ground up.

Role Description

This is a full-time, field-based role in Indore with some flexibility for work-from-home activities. The Field Sales & Customer Onboarding Executive will be responsible for finding and approaching salon owners, introducing them to Puffine, demonstrating the product, and helping them become active customers.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include visiting salons across Indore, speaking with owners and managers, understanding how they currently manage their business, conducting product demonstrations, and explaining how Puffine can help them. You will also help new customers set up the software, train salon owners and staff, and follow up to make sure they are using Puffine successfully.

The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, collecting feedback, helping resolve customer issues, and sharing insights with the product team.



Since this is an early-stage role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence how we build our sales and customer onboarding process.

Qualifications

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in speaking to salon owners and business managers.
- Comfortable with field sales, prospecting, lead generation, and meeting potential customers in person.
- Ability to explain software and its benefits in simple, easy-to-understand language.
- Patient and comfortable training customers who may not be very familiar with technology.
- Comfortable using smartphones, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills, with the ability to turn new customers into long-term users.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Fluent in Hindi; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Must have a two-wheeler and be willing to travel across Indore for customer visits.
- Previous experience in field sales, B2B sales, SaaS/software, telecom, fintech, retail, or customer onboarding is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply if they have strong communication skills, confidence, and the right attitude.

Compensation

- ₹18,000 per month + performance-based incentives.
