Job Summary

A Field Recruiter is responsible for on-ground, ac¢ve sourcing and hiring of candidates ITI and

Diploma Freshers, o¢en focusing on high-volume, blue-collar, or specialized roles by visi¢ng local areas, markets, and communi¢es. They manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, while represen¢ng the employer brand directly in the eld.

Key Responsibili¢es

•

Ac¢ve Sourcing & Networking: Visit local areas, industrial hubs, job fairs, and community events to nd candidates.

•

•

Field Interviews: Conduct face-to-face screenings and interviews in office.

High-Volume Hiring: Meet daily or weekly hiring targets for large-scale, frontline, or opera¢onal posi¢ons.

•

Onboarding & Documenta¢on: Manage the candidate onboarding process,



including document verica¢on, background checks, and joining formali¢es.

•

Candidate Experience: Promote the employer brand and ensure a smooth, posi¢ve, and quick hiring experience.

•

Data Repor¢ng: Maintain accurate records of recruitment ac¢vi¢es and provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers.
