- Monitor and inspect electrical erection activities at the cement plant site.
- Ensure proper installation and quality of HT/LT panels, switchgear, transformers, motors, cables, cable trays and control/instrument panels.
- Check steel/support structure, cable tray installation, final alignment, motor/equipment coupling and panel tightness/torque.
- Verify electrical erection work as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and applicable IS codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality deviations, defects and non-conformities.
- Coordinate with contractors and site execution teams for rectification of quality issues.
- Maintain inspection records, checklists, reports and other quality documentation.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
- Use MS Office/Excel for inspection reports, documentation and daily reporting.
- Support overall QA/QC activities and quality control of electrical installation and erection work.
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 1015 years of total experience in electrical erection,



installation and quality inspection.
- Cement plant experience is mandatory.
- Degree candidates should have 10+ years of experience; Diploma candidates should have 12+ years.
- Strong hands-on experience in electrical erection and site quality inspection.
- Good knowledge of HT/LT panels, transformers, motors, cables, cable trays and control/instrument panels.
- Knowledge of IS standards/codes applicable to electrical installation and erection.
- Good understanding of electrical alignment, coupling, tightness/torque and installation quality checks.
- Positive communication and coordination skills with contractors and site teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidate should be willing to work at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
- Experience in cement plant projects / cement manufacturing facilities / cement plant expansion or erection projects will be highly preferred.
