Immediate recruitment for Field Operations supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Field Supervision: Conduct random daily visits to assigned O&M; sites.

- Operator Monitoring: Verify operator attendance and performance at each site.

- Plant Operation: Operate the plant personally if operators are absent, ensuring uninterrupted service.

- Issue Resolution: Address problems related to motors, electrical systems, and power supply.

- Technical Skills: Utilize electrical and plumbing knowledge to manage minor repairs independently.

- Billing Management: Process billing as per company guidelines, submit documents to respective sites, and obtain authorized signatures.

- Reporting: Maintain records of site visits, operator attendance, and issues addressed.

Qualifications

- Any graduation

- 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or O&M; operations.

- Knowledge of STP/Water treatment plant operations is an advantage.

Additional Requirements

- Mobility: Preference for candidates with a bike; petrol allowance will be provided.

- Willingness to travel daily across multiple sites.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
