Role Description Field Ops Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations across partner factories, including coordinating data collection activities, ensuring compliance with our quality standards and maintaining strong relationships with factory stakeholders.

The Field Ops

Executive will regularly visit manufacturing/commercial sites, oversee implementation of data capture workflows, troubleshoot operational issues, and report on progress, risks, and performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal product, data, and engineering teams to align field operations with project requirements, and supporting onboarding and training for new factory partners.





Qualifications

- Operations and field management skills, including site coordination, workflow implementation, and on-ground problem-solving.
- Stakeholder and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with factory leadership and staff.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing environments and sales skills
- Ability to work independently in on-site settings, with flexibility to travel frequently
- Comfort with using digital tools (e.g., mobile apps, spreadsheets, dashboards) to log data, monitor progress, and share updates.
- Prior experience in field operations, manufacturing, logistics, or similar domains is preferred.
