About the Role

We are looking for a Field Operations Executive to manage on-ground operations, customer experience, property performance, and business development across our Munnar properties.

The ideal candidate should be well-connected in Munnar, proactive, confident in communication and negotiation, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
- Conduct property visits, inspections, and quality checks.
- Coordinate with property owners, caretakers, and local partners.
- Develop B2B and travel-agent tie-ups.
- Identify sales and revenue opportunities.




- Support new property onboarding and improve existing property performance.
- Build strong local relationships to support business growth.
- Take ownership of on-ground issues and drive them to closure.

Who We’re Looking For

- Experience in hospitality, travel, field operations, sales, or property management is preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude and strong communication skills can also apply.
- Good local knowledge and network in Munnar will be an advantage.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Munnar, Kerala
