About the Role

Phoenix Group is a third-party insurance investigation company looking for dedicated Field Officers / Medical Field Officers across Himachal Pradesh.

? Job Responsibilities

Conduct field investigations and verification

Handle Health, Life, Death & other insurance-related cases

Visit hospitals and insured persons' residences as required

Collect and verify relevant documents and information

Submit accurate investigation reports within the required TAT

Completely Field-Based

Daily field visits required

Freelance Opportunity

No Fixed Salary

? Payout

₹700 – ₹1,000 per case

(Depending on interview performance and relevant insurance experience)

Field investigation experience





Insurance/TPA experience

Medical/health insurance investigation experience

Positive communication and documentation skills

Willingness to travel within the assigned area
