We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Offline Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our brand directly to schools, colleges, universities, and corporate offices through face-to-face interactions and presentations. Your goal will be to create awareness, generate leads, and build relationships to understand and fulfil client requirements

Role & responsibilities

- Visit educational institutions and corporate offices to promote the company’s products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school/college authorities and corporate decision-makers
- Understand the clients requirements and identify potential business opportunities
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, standees, samples, etc.) during visits and events
- Give product/service presentations to small and large groups as needed
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to follow up on leads
- Participate in offline events, exhibitions, and promotional activities




- Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status regularly
- Achieve monthly outreach and lead generation targets

Marketing Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness
- Manage promotional activities such as print ads, brochures, and events
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors' strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials
- Maintain an active presence on social media and local business directories
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to improve effectiveness

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Diploma holders with experience may apply). • 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Robust knowledge of B2B and B2C sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid drivers license ( required for client visits)
