Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Recruiter to support manpower recruitment and deployment for facility management operations. The role will be responsible for field sourcing, candidate screening, documentation, interview coordination, and ensuring timely joining and deployment at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for housekeeping, security, technical, office support, and other facility management roles.

- Conduct field recruitment through local markets, references, job drives, walk-ins, and other sourcing channels.

- Screen candidates based on experience, location, availability, and job requirements.

- Explain job responsibilities, salary, benefits, duty timings, and work locations.

- Coordinate interviews, document collection, background verification, and medical checks.

- Follow up with selected candidates until joining and deployment.

- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment status.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and joining targets.

- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for manpower requirements and urgent replacements.

- Conduct recruitment drives near client sites and high-demand manpower locations.





- Develop a strong network of local candidates, references, contractors, and recruitment sources.

- Ensure all candidate documents are complete and accurate before deployment.

- Support Operations in arranging replacement manpower for absenteeism or urgent requirements.

- Prepare daily recruitment reports covering sourcing, interviews, selections, and joining.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in field recruitment, bulk hiring, facility management, security, housekeeping, or manpower recruitment preferred.

- Freshers with robust communication skills and willingness to work in the field may also apply.

- Good knowledge of local areas and candidate sourcing channels.

- Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with extensive field travel.

- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and recruitment applications.

- Energetic, target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
