Role Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute offline marketing activities, generate quality leads, build local brand presence, and drive patient/customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, activations and promotional activities.
- Identify and develop local marketing opportunities, partnerships and tie-ups.
- Conduct and manage BTL activities, camps, events, kiosks, society activations and outdoor promotions.
- Generate and track leads through field activities and ensure proper follow-up with the sales/counselling team.
- Manage and guide the field marketing team and monitor daily performance.
- Analyse local market, competitors and customer behaviour to identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Digital Marketing and Operations teams for campaign execution.




- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Track campaign performance, ROI and lead conversion, and prepare regular reports.
- Take ownership of execution and measurable results, not just planning.

Requirements

- Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
- Good understanding of offline/field marketing and lead generation.
- Ability to manage teams, vendors, events and multiple activities simultaneously.
- Robust local market knowledge and relationship-building ability.
- Result-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
