Job Role

- Field Executive – Uber

- Visit assigned areas to onboard new Auto drivers for Uber.

- Explain Uber's benefits, earning opportunities, and driver onboarding process.

- Assist drivers with registration and creation of driver IDs.

- Support newly onboarded drivers with basic guidance.

- Work in the field to achieve assigned onboarding and ride-related targets.

- Build positive relationships with drivers and encourage them to complete the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

Driver Onboarding

- Visit assigned locations and identify potential Auto drivers.

- Explain the Uber onboarding process clearly to prospective drivers.

- Explain available benefits and earning opportunities.

- Help candidates complete the registration process.

- Assist drivers in creating their driver IDs.

- Ensure newly onboarded drivers understand the basic process.

Target Achievement

- Achieve the target of 15 driver ID creations.

- Ensure each onboarded driver completes 5 rides.

- Follow up with newly onboarded drivers to support ride activation.





- Achieve assigned field and onboarding targets.

- Earn performance-based incentives of up to ₹10,000.

Field Activities

- Travel to assigned areas for driver acquisition.

- Interact directly with potential and newly onboarded drivers.

- Provide basic guidance and support to drivers.

- Maintain consistent field activity and follow-up.

Required Skills

Communication Skills

- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Confident and convincing personality.

- Ability to explain processes and benefits clearly.

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Technical Skills

- Basic smartphone knowledge.

- Ability to use mobile applications for registration and onboarding.

Work Skills

- Comfortable working in the field.

- Target-oriented approach.

- Ability to convince and onboard potential drivers.

- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
