MR Jewels is looking for an experienced, confident and customer-focused Female Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our jewellery store in Indiranagar.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in retail sales, customer handling, team management and achieving store sales targets. She will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, driving store revenue, managing staff and maintaining smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead, guide and supervise the in-store sales team.
- Attend customers and ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
- Drive walk-in conversions and achieve monthly store sales targets.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance.
- Train and motivate sales staff to improve conversions and customer service.
- Handle high-value and important customers personally when required.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Follow up with potential customers and repeat clients.
