Job Title: Fettling Supervisor

Department: Foundry

Job Duties:

- Supervise daily fettling and finishing work.

- Allocate work to fettlers and helpers.

- Ensure proper grinding, cutting, chipping and dressing of castings.

- Check finished castings for defects and proper finishing.

- Achieve daily production targets.

- Maintain worker attendance and production records.

- Ensure workers use required PPE and follow safety rules.

- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the fettling area.

- Coordinate with Production and Quality departments.

- Report production, quality and safety issues to the Manager.

- Train and guide workers in safe and proper working methods.

Pay: ₹20,232.27 - ₹30,141.68 per month
