Role: Federal Capture Associate

Job Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Employment: Full Time from Office

Key Responsibilities

- - Support end-to-end federal capture and business development activities.
- Conduct market research, opportunity identification, and competitive intelligence.
- Assist with capture planning, account planning, and pipeline management.
- Track federal opportunities through SAM.gov, GovWin, agency forecasts, and other sources.
- GovCon landscape, procurement channels, and market intelligence methodologies
- Prepare briefing materials, customer profiles, and executive reports.
- Maintain CRM and chance records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, partners, and subcontractors throughout the pursuit lifecycle.

Preferred Qualifications

- - 5-7 years of experience supporting U.S. Federal Government business development and capture efforts.
- Superior research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, contract vehicles, and market intelligence tools.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho etc., and research tools.
