Role Description The F&B; Service Department Guest Service Associate is a full time, on-site role based at Mangalam Resort and Spa in Aurangabad. This role involves welcoming guests to the dining areas, presenting menus, answering questions about food and beverages, and making recommendations based on guest preferences. The associate will take orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, serve food and drinks, and ensure tables and service stations are clean, organized, and properly set.

Daily responsibilities include handling guest inquiries and concerns professionally, processing bills accurately, following hygiene and safety standards,



and supporting special events or banquets as needed. The role requires working closely with other team members to maintain smooth service and a positive guest experience throughout the resort.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, including knowledge of menu items and basic serving standards.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Candidates should possess basic Culinary Skills, such as understanding food preparation terms and dietary considerations, to assist guests with informed choices.
- Relevant experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or café environments is beneficial.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; formal hospitality training or certification is an advantage.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays), and follow hygiene and safety protocols is required.
- Basic proficiency in English and local languages, along with a professional appearance and punctuality, is expected.
