Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting day-to-day Food & Beverage operations, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth coordination, quality standards, and effective outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing daily F&B; operations across restaurant, banquet, or other outlets

- Ensure excellent guest service and maintain hospitality standards

- Supervise and guide F&B; service staff during operations

- Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams

- Monitor table setup, service standards, cleanliness, and hygiene

- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally

- Assist with menu knowledge, suggestive selling, and upselling

- Monitor inventory, stock consumption, and wastage

- Ensure proper billing and POS procedures are followed

- Support planning and execution of events, banquets, and special functions

- Maintain daily reports, sales records, and F&B; documentation

- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards

- Assist the F&B; Manager in achieving revenue and operational targets





Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of F&B; service operations

- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills

- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities

- Knowledge of food and beverage menus

- Good upselling and sales skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of POS and basic MS Office

- Professional grooming and presentation

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality

- 2–5 years of experience in F&B; operations

- Experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or banquet properties preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, fine-dining restaurants, cafés, or banquet operations

- Exposure to F&B; cost control, inventory, events, and team supervision is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
