Position Overview

We are seeking a refined, attentive, and highly adaptable Junior Butler / FB Server to provide dedicated personal assistance and high-end dining service for a private residence in Cuffe Parade . This role offers a unique growth path, structured to train and groom the ideal candidate into a full Butler position over time . The position requires travel alongside the principal and flexibility to align with the familys schedule and private events .

Key Responsibilities

- Food Beverage Service
- Provide personalized, professional FB service tailored to the principals specific preferences and tastes .
- Set up dining tables, adhere to formal table etiquette, and serve meals with discreet, attentive hospitality .
- Maintain, organize, and clean fine crockery, cutlery, glassware, and dining areas .
- Promptly clear and reset dining areas post-service .

- Personal Assistance Daily Operations

- Assist with personal care duties, including garment ironing, luggage packing, and organizing daily essentials .
- Coordinate daily lunch deliveries to the principals office and run personal errands .
- Work seamlessly alongside the broader household team to support day-to-day residence management .

- Travel International Support





- Accompany the principal on domestic and international trips as required .
- Handle general household support while traveling, including grocery shopping, light cleaning, and setup assistance .

Requirements Qualifications

- Experience: Background as an FB Server, Steward, or Junior Butler in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private UHNI residences preferred . Trainable candidates with an exceptional service attitude will be considered .
- Knowledge: Strong foundation in formal dining protocols, service etiquette, and table setups . Formal hospitality training is a plus .
- Tech Digital Savviness: Proficient with smartphones, messaging apps, and digital tools to manage errands, bookings, and deliveries smoothly .
- Travel Readiness: Must possess a valid passport and full willingness to travel internationally on short notice .
- Attributes: High standards of personal grooming, physical hygiene, discretion, and absolute confidentiality .

Working Hours Living Arrangements

- Working Hours: Typically 9 to 10 hours daily, with flexibility to adjust based on the familys schedule and events .
- Accommodation: Live-in setup, sharing an air-conditioned room and bathroom with one other male staff member .
