- Sales & Business Development: Promote the hospital’s food and beverage services, such as cafeteria, patient meals, catering, canteen, and staff dining.

- Corporate/Institutional Sales: Develop relationships with doctors, hospital departments, staff, patients’ attendants, corporate clients, and outside organizations.

- Catering Sales: Handle enquiries and bookings for meetings, conferences, seminars, events, and special functions held at the hospital.

- Revenue Generation: Set sales targets and work to increase F&B; revenue and profitability.

- Customer Relations: Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special food requirements professionally.

- Menu & Pricing Coordination: Coordinate with the kitchen and management regarding menus, packages, pricing, promotions, and special offers.

- Sales Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.

- Team Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen, service,



purchase, finance, housekeeping, and hospital administration.

- Quality & Hygiene: Ensure F&B; services meet hospital hygiene, food-safety, and quality standards.

- Vendor/Client Coordination: Maintain valuable relationships with suppliers and external clients where required.

- Promotions: Plan and execute F&B; promotions to increase sales and customer engagement.

- Cost Control: Monitor wastage, food costs, discounts, and operational expenses to protect margins.

Pay: ₹12,511.67 - ₹35,019.27 per month
