We are looking for a customer-focused and well-organized F&B; Executive to oversee daily food and beverage service operations at a resort. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in Food &

- Beverage operations in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Food &
- Beverage operations

across restaurants, cafés, banquet areas, and other resort outlets.

- Ensure excellent food and beverage service and guest satisfaction.

- Supervise and coordinate with Stewards, Captains, Waiters, Bartenders, and other F&B; staff.

- Allocate duties, prepare staff schedules, and monitor team performance.

- Ensure proper restaurant/table setup and maintain service standards.

- Coordinate with the Kitchen team for timely food preparation and service.

- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.

- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service timing.

- Assist in managing F&B; inventory, stock levels, and wastage control.

- Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.

- Maintain daily sales, consumption, inventory, and F&B; reports.

- Support menu promotions, special events, and resort activities.





- Assist management in achieving F&B; revenue and cost-control targets.

- Train new team members on service standards and guest-handling procedures.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Food &
- Beverage Service

, or a relevant qualification.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in F&B; Operations in a resort, hotel, restaurant, or banquet environment.

- Good knowledge of restaurant and F&B; service standards.

- Solid communication, leadership, guest-handling, and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of POS systems and basic MS Office/Excel.

- Good understanding of inventory, food cost, and wastage control.

- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
