Job Summary

We are looking for a F&B; Associate to join our premium Turkish fine-dining restaurant. The role involves delivering warm, professional, and personalized service while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide attentive, personalized table service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently explain menu items.
- Have positive knowledge of Turkish cuisine, ingredients, and preparation styles.
- Ensure timely and professional service throughout the guest journey.
- Maintain high standards of table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant hygiene.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth order execution.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Follow restaurant SOPs, service standards, and grooming guidelines.




- Assist in maintaining the overall ambience and presentation of the restaurant.
- Support the team during busy operations and special events.

Requirements

- Experience in fine-dining or premium restaurants preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation and a pleasant personality.
- Passion for hospitality and willingness to learn about Turkish cuisine.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Freshers with the right attitude and hospitality mindset may also be considered.
