About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate with strong knowledge of fashion and clothing brands to deliver an excellent customer experience at our Ludhiana store.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with styling advice, sizing, and product recommendations
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, fabrics, and brand offerings
- Achieve sales targets and upsell/cross-sell effectively
- Manage billing, exchanges, and returns
- Maintain store displays and visual merchandising standards
- Handle stock checks and inventory coordination

Preferred candidate profile
- 2+ years experience in apparel/fashion retail sales
- Strong understanding of clothing brands, fabrics, and fashion trends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills




- Confident, presentable, and sales-driven
- Comfortable with POS/billing systems

Compensation As per industry standards + sales incentives
