About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in fashion retail to lead our

Ludhiana store driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring an excellent in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team; manage rosters and performance
- Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are maintained
- Monitor fashion trends and guide the team on styling and product knowledge
- Handle escalated customer queries and ensure high service standards
- Manage store P&L;, expenses, and daily/weekly sales reporting to management
- Coordinate with HO on stock planning, promotions, and new launches

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements





- 4+ years experience in fashion/apparel retail, with prior team-handling or store management

experience
- Strong knowledge of clothing brands, fabrics, and fashion trends
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Solid leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Experience with POS/billing and inventory management systems
- Graduate preferred

Compensation As per industry standards + performance-based incentives
