Position Name: Fashion Intern

Internship Duration: 4 months

Stipend - 15000Rs per month

Working hours: 7 hours a day (6 days a week)

Work location: Gurgaon

Position Overview

- Will work closely with the sales team to gain hands-on experience in various
- aspects of the styling & sales process. The intern will have the
- chance to develop their communication, negotiation, and customer
- relationship skills while contributing to the overall sales goals of the
- company.

Responsibilities

Communication and Customer Interaction

- Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, or in-person meetings.
- Assist in presenting product or service information to potential clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary information.

Sales Support:
- Styling Assistance: Collaborate with the sales/styling team to source and pull clothing, accessories etc.
- Help organize and maintain the styling inventory.

Market Research:
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors,



and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, styles, and industry developments to contribute fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Training and Learning:
- Participate in sales training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Learn about the company's products, services, and industry.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in fashion, styling, photography, or a related field.
- A strong interest in fashion, styling & visual merchandising
- Basic understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and clothing styles.
- Interest in understanding various fashion brands and designers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
