Fashion Merchandiser - Product Development & Production

BRX Studios is an integrated creative and production ecosystem bringing garment manufacturing, visual content, and AI-led creative into one connected process.

Our manufacturing vertical develops uniforms, workwear, staff apparel, brand merchandise, and custom pieces, supported by design, consulting, and end-to-end supply chain solutions. We have worked with Audi, OCS Facility Management, and more across hospitality, F&B;, automotive, apparel, and other industries.

We are looking for a Fashion Merchandiser who can manage garment development from client brief to final dispatch, while keeping clients, designers, vendors, and factories aligned on quality, cost, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete merchandising cycle from client brief to final dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain tech packs, measurement and specification sheets, BOMs, purchase orders, and production trackers.
- Source fabrics, trims, accessories, labels, and packaging, and coordinate with factories and job-work vendors.
- Manage development, fit, size set, and PP samples, including comments, revisions, and approvals.
- Track T&A;, material in-house dates, production status, order quantities, and deliveries.




- Support costing and price negotiations.
- Ensure bulk production meets approved quality and specifications.
- Coordinate effectively between clients, designers, vendors, and production teams.

Qualifications & Experience

- 3–4 years of experience in apparel merchandising or product development.
- Robust knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, washes, embroidery, printing, sampling, and production.
- Proficiency in tech packs, specification sheets, BOMs, purchase orders, costing sheets, and production documentation.
- Strong client and vendor coordination, negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to handle multiple styles and orders simultaneously.

Tools & Skills

- Required: Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Appreciated: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as Canva.

Someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, pays close attention to detail, and is hungry to build. This is a client-facing and production-facing role, so strong coordination and follow-through are essential.
