About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team and contribute to the development of premium women’s contemporary wear. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, styling, fit, fabrics, and construction, with the ability to create chic, sophisticated, and statement-making outfits for both professional and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design premium women’s contemporary wear with a strong focus on style, sophistication, quality, and originality.
- Create original collections and individual designs based on creative references, mood boards, market trends, and brand direction.
- Develop silhouettes, fashion sketches, technical drawings, and detailed design specifications.
- Research current fashion trends, colours, fabrics, trims, and seasonal influences.
- Select suitable fabrics, embellishments, trims, and finishing details for each design.
- Work closely with pattern makers, tailors, sampling teams, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Ensure proper fit, proportion, comfort, and garment construction throughout the sampling and production process.
- Review samples and provide corrections or improvements related to design, fit, construction, and finishing.
- Maintain consistency with the brand's premium aesthetic and design identity.




- Contribute creative ideas for seasonal collections, occasion wear, statement pieces, and contemporary wardrobe essentials.

Ideal Candidate

- 1 to 5 years of experience in women’s fashion design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing premium, contemporary, luxury, boutique, or occasion wear.
- Excellent understanding of women’s silhouettes, tailoring, fit, draping, and garment construction.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, textiles, trims, embellishments, and garment finishing.
- Ability to transform creative concepts and references into original, commercially viable designs.
- Proficient in fashion illustration, sketching, and technical detailing.
- Solid awareness of current fashion trends and the premium/luxury womenswear market.
- Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
- Experience working with boutique or luxury fashion brands will be preferred.

Skills & Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
- Excellent knowledge of fabric behaviour and garment construction.
- Good understanding of premium tailoring and finishing techniques.
- Ability to work on multiple designs and collections simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
