Role Description The Fashion Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position based in Mumbai, with a mix of in-store work and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the consultant will advise customers on fashion choices, including outfits, accessories, and styling options tailored to individual preferences and occasions.

Daily tasks include providing personalized styling recommendations, maintaining up-to-date product and trend knowledge, and supporting visual merchandising to ensure attractive displays. The consultant will engage with customers, understand their needs,



and offer solutions that enhance their shopping experience while meeting sales goals. The role also involves collaborating with store teams, managing client follow-ups, and contributing to brand loyalty through high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

- Strong Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills, with the ability to stay current on trends, brands, and styling techniques.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact confidently with diverse clients and build lasting relationships.
- Sales skills, including the ability to identify customer needs, make recommendations, and achieve individual and team targets.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, managing both in-store responsibilities and occasional remote tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in fashion retail, styling, or consulting is preferred; certification or coursework in fashion, design, or related fields is an advantage.
