About the Role

We are looking for a fashion-forward, customer-focused Fashion & Jewellery Styling Consultant to join our retail team.

This role is about much more than selling jewellery. You will work closely with customers to understand their personal style, occasion, outfit and preferences, and help them make the right jewellery choices. You will advise customers on how to pair jewellery with outfits, layer and combine pieces, and build complete looks for weddings, occasions and everyday wear.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of fashion, styling and aesthetics, and enjoys working directly with customers in a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Fashion & Jewellery Styling

- Assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their personal style, outfit, occasion and preferences.
- Help customers understand how to pair jewellery with different outfits, colours, necklines and silhouettes.
- Create complete looks by combining jewellery pieces and suggesting complementary styles.
- Advise customers on layering, stacking and mixing different jewellery pieces.
- Stay updated on fashion, jewellery and styling trends and bring these insights into customer interactions.
- Develop a strong understanding of the brand's collections, design language and product stories.

Customer Experience & Sales

- Build genuine relationships with customers and provide a highly personalised shopping experience.




- Understand customer requirements and guide them towards relevant products without making the interaction feel transactional.
- Assist customers through the entire store experience, from discovery and styling to product selection and purchase.
- Support the store team in achieving sales and customer experience targets.

CRM & Customer Engagement

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and assist with customer follow-ups.
- Support CRM activities including personalised communication, appointment follow-ups, event invitations and customer outreach.
- Maintain accurate customer preferences and styling information to enable more personalised interactions.
- Assist in organising and executing customer events and other engagement initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

- Graduate from NIFT or a similar fashion, design or styling institution .
- 0–2 years of experience in fashion, styling, luxury retail, jewellery or a related field.
- Solid understanding of fashion, colours, silhouettes, styling and aesthetics.
- Excellent personal presentation and a strong eye for detail.
- Naturally confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about fashion, jewellery and luxury retail.
- Jewellery design or jewellery-related education/experience will be an added advantage.
- Should be curious, commercially aware and willing to learn about jewellery and gemstones.
