Role Description The Fashion Merchandiser at ZYOD is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning and curating collections, analyzing sales and trend data, and collaborating with design, production, and marketing teams to align assortments with brand positioning and customer demand.

The Fashion

Merchandiser will manage product lifecycles, track performance of styles, and adjust merchandising strategies to maximize sell-through and profitability. Daily tasks include coordinating with retail and sales teams, maintaining product catalogs, preparing line sheets,



and supporting customer presentations and brand pitches.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and brand partners.
- Customer Service and Retail experience to understand buyer behavior, in-store dynamics, and shopper preferences.
- Sales skills to support product positioning, drive conversions, and contribute to revenue targets.
- Marketing awareness to align assortments with campaigns, brand stories, and digital initiatives.
- Knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, and apparel categories, with the ability to interpret data into actionable merchandising decisions.
- Proficiency in basic Excel or merchandising tools for inventory tracking, sales analysis, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple collections and timelines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Management, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in fashion or apparel is an advantage.
