Satopradhan Private Limited is hiring for Farm Manager who manages the farming operations including the cultivation of vegetables, herbs, fruits, and natural agricultural produce using responsible and sustainable farming practices.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager / Farmer who has practical knowledge of farming and crop management. The candidate should have prior hands-on experience in agriculture and must be capable of managing farm operations, supervising labour, and planning seasonal crop cultivation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan cultivation of vegetables, herbs, fruits, and seasonal crops
- Knowledge of different seeds, crop varieties, and growing seasons
- Supervise and manage farm labour and daily farm activities
- Monitor weather conditions and plan farming work accordingly
- Manage farm production and track harvested produce
- Maintain proper reporting of production, labour work, and crop progress
- Coordinate with management regarding farm output and sales
Requirements
- Prior experience in Organic farming / agriculture is mandatory.
- Knowledge of seeds, crops, and seasonal farming practices
- Ability to manage labour and farm operations independently
- Basic computer knowledge for straightforward reporting (Sheets/records)
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Hindi, Punjabi, and basic English
