About the Role

We are looking for a Factory Manager to oversee production and ensure smooth coordination between our store, merchandising team, and manufacturing unit. This role requires robust operational control, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate closely with the store team and merchandising team for seamless operations
- Overlook and manage quality control (QC) across all stages of production
- Plan and schedule QC inspections to maintain consistent quality standards




- Oversee and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and factory staff,
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations between the store and factory
- Monitor workflow, identify delays, and resolve operational issues proactively

Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in garment production / factory management
- Strong understanding of apparel production and quality control processes
- Experience in coordinating between multiple teams (store, merchandising, factory)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage timelines efficiently

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹1.00 per month
