We are looking for a Facility Manager to manage the overall cleanliness, housekeeping, hygiene, and day-to-day facility activities of the company premises. The candidate will be mainly responsible for maintaining a clean, hygienic, and well-organized workplace, including washrooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise housekeeping and cleaning activities.
- Ensure proper cleaning and hygiene of washrooms on a regular basis.
- Monitor cleanliness of office areas, factory areas, corridors, pantry, and common areas.
- Ensure timely cleaning and proper maintenance of washroom facilities.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily work.
- Check availability of cleaning materials, toiletries, and hygiene supplies.
- Maintain proper garbage collection and disposal.
- Coordinate with housekeeping agencies and external service providers.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Handle facility-related complaints and take immediate corrective action.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors.
- Support basic facility maintenance and coordinate with technicians when required.
- Prepare basic housekeeping and facility-related reports.
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, facility management, factory, office, hotel, hospital, or similar environments is preferred.
