Assist in monitoring daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support departments.
Conduct routine checks of hospital infrastructure, equipment, and common areas.
Report maintenance issues, breakdowns, and safety hazards to the concerned department.
Assist in maintaining facility-related records, checklists, and reports.
Support preventive maintenance and inspection schedules.
Assist in monitoring cleanliness, waste management, and hygiene standards.
Help ensure compliance with hospital safety procedures and NABH requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Assist in emergency preparedness, fire safety, and disaster management activities.
Support administrative and documentation work related to facility management.
Perform other duties assigned by the Facility Manager.
