Oversee daytoday operations , ensuring smooth functioning with clients and landlord (LL) teams.

Manage events and maintain an updated event tracker for all site activities.

Prepare monthly shift rosters for technical staff and monitor daily workforce deployment.

Maintain Lost & Found records as per facility protocols.

Prepare daily reports for LT readings, UPS readings, and energy consumption.

Maintain breakdown reports for all equipment and coordinate timely resolution.

Track and update equipment warranties and PPM schedules.

Check and validate monthly EB & DG consumption readings.

Assist in project-related activities and execution of snags for GBS & CRO floors.

Manage vendors for all services, including coordination, performance tracking, and compliance.

Train, supervise, and monitor the performance of technical staff.

Coordinate with Project HOD and Operations for projectrelated tasks and deliverables.





Maintain M&E; and Plumbing consumables tracker with timely updates.

Prepare weekly reports summarizing site operations.

Prepare sustainability reports aligned with environmental and operational standards.

Prepare and share Monthly Management Reports (MMR).

Maintain monthly operational reports and invoice trackers.

Prepare HSE (Health, Safety & Setting) reports in alignment with safety standards.

Strong knowledge of facility operations and technical systems.

Ability to handle multiple vendors and ensure service compliance.

Good reporting, documentation, and analytical skills.

Ability to supervise technical teams and coordinate effectively.

Proficient in MS Office and basic facility management tools.
