Factory Manager The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production unit, ensuring that production runs efficiently, safely, and on time. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile manufacturing, be well-versed in quality control procedures, and have experience in managing a team of manufacturing personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet client demand while optimizing equipment and labor resources
- Ensure that quality control standards are maintained at all times and that the output meets the client’s specifications
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that raw materials and finished goods are available as and when needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as Design, Sales, Project and Purchasing to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
- Manage and motivate a team of production personnel,



ensuring a safe and productive work workplace
- Develop and manage budgets for the unit, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, quality, and productivity
- Identify areas for process improvements and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to manufacturing operations

Experience: Minimum 7 years

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
