We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads Expert who has strong practical knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising. The candidate must understand how to generate quality leads, reduce CPC and CPL, and optimise campaigns based on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage Meta lead-generation campaigns.
- Reduce CPC and CPL through continuous campaign optimisation.
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research and create relevant targeting strategies.
- Manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences and retargeting campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, copies, audiences and placements.
- Analyse and optimise campaign budgets, ad sets and advertisements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to evaluate lead quality.
- Manage Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Plan and publish reels, posts, stories and promotional content.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.

Required Metrics Knowledge: The candidate must have a clear understanding of:




- CPC – Cost Per Click
- CPL – Cost Per Lead
- CPM – Cost Per 1,000 Impressions
- CTR – Click-Through Rate
- CPA – Cost Per Acquisition
- ROAS – Return on Ad Spend
- Reach, impressions and frequency
- Landing-page and lead-form conversion rates
- Engagement rate and video-view metrics
- Lead quality and sales conversion rate

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of practical Meta Ads experience preferred.
- Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Business Suite.
- Proven ability to achieve lower CPC/CPL and generate qualified leads.
- Knowledge of Pixel, Conversion API, campaign objectives and retargeting.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools.
- Analytical, creative and target-oriented approach.
- Candidates must be able to explain their previous campaign results during the interview.
- Personal vehicle is mandatory.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on skills, experience and interview performance. Significant: We need a practical campaign expert—not only a social media posting executive.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
