: Façade Designer

Key Responsibilities:

· Depth Knowledge in Various façade items like Glazing, ACP Cladding, Terracotta, Skylights, Louvers Etc.

· Read and Understand Architectural, Structural Drawings in line with Tender Boq.

· Preparation of Concepts drawings, Working Drawing, Shop drawings & Fabrication drawing, MTO, Cut list..

· Developing Building sections, Floor Plans & Elevation of various façade items

· Presenting Drawings in the layout space with proper layers.

· Delivering Quality shop & Fabrication drawings.

· Preparation of as built drawings





Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

· 5–20 years of experience in façade design and detailing.

· Experience working on commercial, institutional, residential, or mixed-use façade projects.

Technical Skills

· Proficiency in AutoCAD

· Experience with Autodesk Inventor

· Understanding of façade systems and components

· Positive understanding of fabrication and installation processes.

· Knowledge of aluminium systems and glazing details.
