Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee fabrication activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

- Communicate fabrication drawings and schedule to the team and ensure timely production

- Conduct regular inspections of fabricated parts to identify defects or deviations from specifications.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in structural fabrication supervision or similar role.

- Solid knowledge of heavy fabrication techniques for steel structures.

- Proficiency in metal fabrication processes including cutting, shaping, welding, etc.

- Excellent supervisory skills with ability to lead a team effectively.

- Should be able to read engineering and machine drawings.
