Education: BE / DME / ITI

Age: 25 to 35

Experience: 2 to 4 years heavy fabrication like tanks / Boilers/ condenser /presser vessels Juice Purification & Evaporators

Job Profiles

· Coordinate with vendors, designer, contractors, and project leaders.

· Modify existing products and recommend development of current ones.

· Contribute in costs reduction activities and proper analysis of projects.

· The handling project management activities.

· Inspection of Material according to drawing specifications.

· Inspection of weld preparation according drawing specification.

· Supervision & inspection Welding, Pre-heat & Post Weld Heat Treatment of weld.

· Familiar with project related activity & witnessing of hydro test, DP test, pneumatic test, Hardness testing,



PMI test and Painting test.

· Development & implementation of inspection check list & report.

· Ensure proper coordination between the design and development team and site project team for all necessary inputs for/ during product development.

· Raw material inspection of plates and pipes as per requirements of grades and specification from QAP.

Inspection of pickling & passivization, polishing, and painting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
