Candidate Expectation

- 15+ years’ CA Qualified, possessing deep expertise in finance processes, technology enablement, and shared services.
- Seasoned finance consulting leader to head Finance & Accounting Consulting practice in India.
- Should have driven strategic growth, leading large-scale finance transformation programs, and advising global clients on optimizing their finance operations.
- Should have managed P&L;, build high-performing teams, and position the organization as a thought leader in the finance consulting space.

Preferred Candidate Industry Outsourcing/BPO/KPO/Management consulting/GCC/GBS, Big 4s

Qualification :

- MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution with specialization in Finance, Strategy, Operations, or General Management with 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting consulting, transformation, or advisory roles from FnA , HRO , SCM domain
- Preferred Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or equivalent finance/accounting qualification (especially relevant for F&A; and GBS-led roles).
- Prior experience with top-tier consulting firms (Big 4 / Strategy firms) or global services organizations preferred.
- Experience working with multi-geo teams and global clients (US, Europe, APAC) in designing or managing distributed delivery models.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.), automation tools (RPA), and analytics solutions.
- Extensive consulting and domain experience in all areas of Finance and accounting processes.

Strong ‘hands on’ experience across Industry sectors with strategic thinking.




- Track record of delivering at all levels within an organization both business & IT (digital) capabilities.
- Exposure to global delivery models and shared services/outsourcing environments.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies in finance (AI, ML, Blockchain).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions.

- Practice Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the F&A; Consulting practice in India, aligned with global objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and innovative service offerings.
- Manage P&L; for the practice, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Solid knowledge of core finance processes such as Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and related sub-processes, along with experience in implementing best practices and digital solutions.
- Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence
- Lead large-scale finance transformation programs, including process optimization, automation, and digital enablement.
- Advise CFOs and senior finance leaders on operating model design, cost optimization, and technology adoption.
