- Assist the client team, resilience and recovery with the administration of the Continuity program including:

- Develop, maintain and test business continuity plan, ensuring alignment with governance framework

- Support business units in continuity planning, prioritising money movement and account access

- Lead continuity exercise
- Advise on BC tools selection and implementation, aligning and target processes. o Support the strategy of Business Continuity in alignment with corporate strategy and business priorities

- Conduct business impact analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery strategies.





- Drive the simplification and standardization of continuity processes and procedures to ensure consistent execution during disruptions across the holding company.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize critical services and vendors, ensuring continuity strategies are aligned with business needs.

- Work with the outsourcing and third-party risk teams to prioritize ICTs, OSPs and critical third-parties. o Maintain regulatory developments (e.g., FFIEC, DORA) and ensure continuity plans remain compliant and effective.

- Support assessments, including mapping of critical business services and dependencies related to business continuity program in alignment with operational resilience
