We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Export Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for international sales, lead generation, client communication, business development, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and follow-up skills, a willingness to work in a target-oriented environment, and an interest in developing international client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, online research, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with overseas clients.
- Handle international sales inquiries and understand customer requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations with potential clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding pricing, requirements, and order-related queries.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Assist in negotiations and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client communication, and sales activities.
- Research international markets and identify potential customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and relevant market trends.
- Maintain robust customer relationships and provide regular follow-up.
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge or interest in international markets and export sales.
- Strong business development and lead-generation skills.
- Confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Good problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
