Job Role: International Export Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Manager to manage and develop international business operations. The role involves handling export sales, identifying new markets, managing overseas customers, coordinating shipments, ensuring export documentation and compliance, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and develop new international markets, customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with existing overseas clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle export orders from enquiry to delivery, including pricing, negotiation, documentation, and shipment coordination.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, finance, quality, and shipping teams for timely order execution.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, certificates, and other required documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade requirements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and other logistics partners.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, pricing,



and customer requirements.
- Negotiate commercial terms, payment conditions, freight, and delivery schedules with international customers.
- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance team for timely collections.
- Prepare regular reports on export sales, orders, shipments, receivables, and market performance.
- Travel internationally, when required, for customer meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities.

Required Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- 7 - 9 years of relevant experience in export management or international business.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade practices.
- Good understanding of Incoterms, customs procedures, LC, TT, and international payment terms.
- Robust business development and sales-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple international orders simultaneously.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
