Role Description The Export Manager is responsible for managing and growing international sales and export operations for the company’s pharmaceutical and nutraceutical portfolio. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad includes overseeing export documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and trade requirements in target markets.

The Export

Manager will develop and execute business plans, negotiate with international clients and distributors, monitor market trends, and align export strategies with company objectives. Daily tasks include managing inquiries,



preparing quotations, tracking shipments, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with internal teams such as supply chain, quality, and finance to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in export operations and international trade procedures, including documentation, compliance, and logistics.
- Skills in international business and business planning to develop market entry strategies, pricing, and expansion plans.
- Proven sales and account management abilities in global markets, preferably within pharmaceuticals or related industries.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks for pharma exports, including quality standards and country-specific requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Pharmacy, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills with international stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Office and relevant ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
