Role Description The Export Pricing Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Hauz Khas, responsible for leading and managing export pricing strategies for the organization. This role oversees the development of competitive and profitable export rates, taking into account market trends, carrier tariffs, operational costs, and customer requirements.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with sales, operations, and finance teams to prepare quotations, finalize rate proposals, and ensure alignment with company policies and margins.

The Export Pricing

Head manages relationships with carriers, consolidators,



and international partners to negotiate rates, monitor service levels, and maintain up-to-date pricing databases. The role also involves analyzing pricing performance, preparing regular reports and forecasts, implementing pricing controls, and supporting strategic bids and key account negotiations to drive business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in export pricing, freight rate calculation, and margin management, with experience in international logistics or shipping.
- Proficiency in data analysis, cost modeling, and use of spreadsheets or pricing tools to evaluate and compare rates and scenarios.
- Knowledge of global trade regulations, Incoterms, customs procedures, and documentation related to export logistics.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and partner networks to develop accurate quotations and pricing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills for interacting with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented working style, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or integrated logistics services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in logistics or supply chain are an advantage.
